The Power of the Mind

I have been in a very good place mentally for quite some time now. Years of consistency and a positive mental attitude have resulted in incredible momentum in my business and peace and joy in my family life. I am so grateful everyday for my life and the people in it.

I have my own little saying, "Life is a mind game". I have said this for years. Everything is in how we perceive it. I marvel at how people will react to the same situation in such a different manner. Another little thing that I have learned is that on the rare occasion that I think the worst of someone or some incident, I tend to be proved wrong, so I have decided to give people the benefit of the doubt.

Back to the theme of this blog, the power of the mind. Business has been going very well lately. Most people that I meet with want to join my team and I have truly amazing and incredible people working with me. I am so impressed with the caliber of my team. The other day, I had met with several people in a row and they all wanted to join my business and for the first time in months, I had a little bit of concern, just a speck of doubt. I want to do the best for every person that I sponsor and coach and train them to be very successful. I actually had the thought that I could not handle anymore, that I was spread too thin and there weren't enough days in the month to do a fantastic job for everyone. No sooner did I have that passing thought when I got three 'No's" in a row!!! I called my sponsor who assured me that she would be able to help me and my growing team in May and I felt comforted and reassured and I was off and running again! This caused me to realize that for months now, I haven't had any doubt, no indecision, I have laser beam focus, my goals and dream board are in front of me. I was not finished hitting goals in April and I was already mapping out May. My goals went to my upline first thing on May 1st. Focus, intention, the power of the mind....BELIEF!

I recently attended a conference and we heard repeatedly that the secret to success is Belief, Action, and making other people feel good. Could it really be that simple? Isn't this what we all want to know, the secret to success?

To quote my friend, Kelvin, " Master your mindset and master your life".

Guard your thoughts, guard your mind. Only allow good and positive thoughts in. I have recently gotten very good at identifying people who bring down my energy even a tiny bit and I am making my way away from them.

We read all of these things frequently and since I recognized what happened recently, I thought I would share it with you in hopes that you, too, can be aware of mastering your mind.
